Assessment information: company and contact details, industry, AR information, areas of concern, written descriptions, and files you choose to upload.
Purchase information: name, email, business name, order details, tax information where supplied, and payment status. Stripe processes payment-card and bank information; AROS does not receive complete card or bank-account credentials.
Communications: messages sent to AROS and records needed to provide support.
Technical information: limited server, security, and performance information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and error logs.

Evaluate assessment requests and communicate about potential services.
Process purchases, deliver digital products, and provide support.

Service providers

Assessment files

Assessment uploads are stored in private cloud storage and are not intended for public access. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, payment-card data, passwords, medical information, or information unrelated to the assessment. Submit only information you are authorized to provide.

Retention

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, business records, dispute prevention, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by information type and business need.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers performing services for AROS, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in connection with a business transaction.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for legal, security, payment, or recordkeeping purposes.
