Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms govern your use of aroptimizationsolutions.com and purchases from Patrick Moment doing business as AR Optimization Solutions (“AROS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, submitting an assessment request, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services and information
AROS provides accounts-receivable process consulting, operational resources, education, and digital tools. Website content and products are for general educational and operational purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, credit-reporting, or financial advice. AROS is not a law firm, accounting firm, or collection agency unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
2. No guaranteed results
AR outcomes depend on customer behavior, contract terms, documentation, internal execution, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee recovery of any invoice, a specific reduction in DSO or aging, or any financial result.
3. Digital-product license
Purchase of The Small Business AR System™ grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use by one business entity. You may edit and customize the materials for that entity’s internal operations. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, share publicly, provide the files to unrelated businesses, or use them to create a competing product. Consultants and agencies require separate written multi-client permission.
4. Purchases, delivery, and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable sales tax may be added where required. Digital products are delivered electronically to the email used at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to it.
5. Refunds
Digital-product purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms. Consulting engagements are governed by the payment and cancellation terms in the applicable proposal or agreement.
6. Assessment submissions
You represent that you are authorized to submit information and files to AROS. Do not upload Social Security numbers, banking credentials, payment-card data, medical information, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Submission of an assessment request does not create a client relationship or obligate AROS to accept an engagement.
7. Intellectual property
The website, AROS branding, The Small Business AR System™, written content, templates, workbook structure, and related materials are owned by AROS or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license stated above.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or use AROS materials in violation of law or third-party rights.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
The website and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AROS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. AROS’s aggregate liability arising from a digital-product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Bexar County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
